Our toys are guaranteed against defects of workmanship. However, please note, that as these are handcrafted toys, there will be minor irregularities. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt. We will only accept items in the original packaging.

Please follow the below steps to return your item(s):

1. Please email us at : connect@birchandbug.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. Wrap up your item in original packaging.

3. We will arrange for  RETURN pick up.

Please post your goods back to us within 7 days from receiving it.
